That's not good, must be feeding though.

It looks horrible......my mother had a blue tit in her garden with just one mandible overgrown like this. It was rearing young in a nestbox but didn't appear to be a particularly happy bunny.

Yes Seems to be feeding - Here is a poor photo into the sun through double glazing. a bit of a fat ball.
