I really like the way the foreground leads to the (south American) people, which then make you look at the content of the foreground again to realise what they are. The colours seem just a little cool, and i wonder if the upper part of the image could do with a little more contrast, possibly on a grad in lightroom, to just firm it out a bit.

i agree here...the spuds and the like are more dominating and the blue..even though that is your title would seem to need some toning down..desaturation maybe
