1 Iike, the line of square supports leads you in as does the direction of the cloud movement above.

Re 2 and 3. In each image there's a better take to be had. I don't know how deep the water is but I'd have waded in to roughly where the 3rd square thingeemagig is and set up there facing straight into the abbey ruin. The colours and reflection are enough to carry it off I reckon

Super set of shots, but number 1 is my favourite and a very special capture :)

I don't really have any crit, so I will simply say I like these images very much!

All great Les.

I like the sky in #1 - works really well as a colour long exposure.

Hi Les,

We'd love to use your photographs on the Bolton Abbey Social Media sites (twitter, facebook and instagram)
Would this be possible if we put a link to your website in the image description or if you have a dedicated twitter, facebook or instagram page we can tag you.

Thanks!

Not sure this is the place to be looking for freebies........ but it's entirely up to Les, of course.

#1 for me for the reasons given above. Its a beauty.

Not much to add really except it might benefit from a tiddly bit of perspective correction perhaps (converging verticals)?
