borders

hope this is in the right section, but can someone help me please? i would like to put some of my photos in some of these borders that are out, the ones that have the look of painted edges or rough edges if you know what i mean i cannot seem to get my photo into one of these
could someone please point me in the right direction please

If you are using Photoshop and the border/frame is all black first import the image then drag and drop the frame over the image this will create a solid black screen as you would expect then change the blending mode to Screen this will allow the image to show through with the border/frame intact
