Looking forward to doing a pasty run down to Pengenna's in Tintagel. Fairly inevitable that we'll stop off in Boscastle for a wander down to the harbour and head to the Port William at Trebarwith Strand for lunch and another stroll. Not that we're creatures of habit!!!

A couple of months after a brain operation we spent a few nights at the PW. I wasn't sleeping very well at the time so I spent a good few hours looking out over the beach/bay reflecting on how lucky I was and how goo it is to be alive!
