I went to the annual Brentwood Half Marathon and 3 mile Fun Run today -- I took my 2007 Pentax K10D and this year only used teh 18-55mm Kit lens + fill-in flash from a Sunpak auto 36FD.
I sent some to local newspapers -- usually they will not PAY Freelancers any more as they get plenty of FREE photos from Readers with other well-paid Jobs, NOT in Photography !

Yes -- thanks for viewing -- I was tucking into free Coffee and Cakes in a Church Hall with the other Press Snappers, Police and First Aiders while they were sweating round the course !
 
Really liking the 3rd shot of the chat before the fun run - a really nice photo, bet their parents would love a copy :)
 
Thanks -- I am waiting for the local newspapers to come out in a couple of days to see if they have used these pics ( for a 'Small FEE' )
