Brighton

Bit harsh Daniel.

Only the second is slightly off level.

And the converging verticals don't bother me in the slightest.

No.1's my favourite in fact. Come from Horsham so know Brighton very well.

Well done @ianmarsh

Indeed…
but all need keystoning and /or straightening, Ian!

Second one is visibly out, I agree. I am struggling with the third as I cannot tell exactly where the horizon is, especially to the left of the shot and it looks fine using the right half. I have no idea whether anything is vertical in the first shot (I've others where the posts all seem to be at different angles) but the inward tilt/keystoning was deliberate in the composition.

"Cracking" set of images Sir, nothing more to be said.(y)

George.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I was disappointed with what I got on the trip but working them in ways I hadn't planned seems to have done the job.

Here are another couple I am pleased with, this time of the beachfront bandstand.

This was inspired by a shot I saw on Flickr by Glenn Driver

Very nice. They remind me of some of the pictures I took when I visited. Makes me want to go back.

A great set, I do like the b & w bandstand shot, it almost appears to be glowing.
