British Downhill Series-Llangollen

Took a drive over to Llangollen to try to get some shots of the Downhill race. I've not shot bikes for a few years and it was good to be back on the mountain although I'm paying for it today! Here's a few from the weekend.

I have over 1000 shots from the weekend and I'm still going through them. I have a few more panning shots which I found pretty tricky to keep the head in focus.
I'll update this thread when I've gone through some more.

I'd say your black and whites need a little more contrast to make them pop. I prefer #2 to #1.

The editing on the shot of Brendan is a little odd, I'd rather it were more like the Joe Smith photo.

Really solid pan at the end but you've clearly got it down so I'd go a little slower, pans just get better with every drop in shutter speed
