Brown Hare

I managed to belly crawl about 60 yards on the verge of a field to get closer to this hare, unfortunately I think I was too eager and got a bit close as this is an uncropped image. I wouldn't have thought that it would be possible to sneak up on a hare...Late afternoon sun so some decent light for a change. Still recovering after using muscles that I haven't used since I was a baby crawling on the ground...

Great stuff. but i also think you got far too eager in getting too close, its just too tempting sometimes! you can always crop, although you cant get the same lovely DOF being further away.
