Having not posted any recent shots on TP for quite a while, mainly to take stock of my photographic interests and re-concentrate my efforts.
I decided to pay a visit to Bruntingthorpe Aircraft Museum for their bi-annual open day on Sunday where quite a few Cold War era jets are displayed in the form of a variety of fast taxi runs. I'm a regular visitor to airshows and airbases but words cannot describe the sheer noise and feeling of power of the machinery on display, with an extra special mention to English Electric Lightning's which are like nothing that I've ever heard in my entire life...
With that in mind here's a small selection of B&W shots that I took at Sunday's open day that i'm really quite pleased with... Hope you enjoy them and all C&C appreciated
