Not at all, nice diffraction stars, and an impressive looking building. For me, whilst the contrast of the building against the dark sky is nice you have shot this after the optimum point of the blue hour - when the ambient light fills the shadows but it is dark enough for the warm artificial lighting to stand out. That would have given the picture more dimension and probably attracted more comments.
Well done on getting out this time of day and taking pictures though, it is brilliant because it does not matter what the sun/clouds are doing!
