    So I spotted this, not really sure what it is. Size: roughly 4cm, spotted on an Oak Tree. I t did fly - not very well, but still managed it.

    Nice find m8 - wouldn't have thought an oak would be a home for it - I only ever find them on the ground!

    Thanks Paul, I quite often see beetles up in trees on leaves, first time I've seen one so didn't really know where you'd usualy find them.
