Very moody-nice shot. I thought it might be Brize but you're over on the East side.
I saw on our regional news last night that all Mildenhall is coming to RAF Fairford. operating the RC-135 Rivet Joint which I have photos of I took at Brize Norton.The USAF had a presence at Fairford years ago so there's a lot of work reinstating it. Seems there's a lot of 'stuff' still there from that period. I've photographed U2's coming into Fairford from the Middle East.
