Ok, I know what it is as i was there, I have never seen one before, just wondered how many of you know.

Looks like a Russian Ural 750, alhough must be a modern one because of the disk brake.
 
These was a time when the Russians made a flat 2 and a period when they copied
the Bavarian model… so it could be, in my profane eye, either or!
 
Ural/Dneiper/Cossack with forks borrowed from another bike (they look vaguely 70s BMW-ish) and different silencers. IIRC the tank shifter was optional at one time too..

Tank shifter is for reverse gear on combos.
 
The Russians were given the BMW design after the war. A friend of mine was the Ural distributor for the UK - there was one with a driven sidecar wheel (it was an option) and you could even get one with the machine gun mount on the sidecar - had great fun on the driven sidecar wheel version on the offroad course at Bruntingthorpe once. They also did a factory custom, called the Chopper! It was hideous.
