They didn't behave like pro models. A lot of people turn up outside London Fashion Week just to be seen and to be photographed displaying their own fashion sense. And many of them are more interesting than whatever the magazines and clothes companies decree is fashionable. These young guys, like most of the people there, mixed and matched their own clothes and accessories.
There are sometimes dozens of photographers outside, jostling for a place to take a photo (or several) of whoever is the next person to pose for them. I have to take what I can get. I'm happy with the framing, since if I'd gone further up the guy on the left would have been in an awkward position, and I couldn't move further back. Plus, I'm not afraid of cutting off the top or bottom of a posed shot; all the best photographers do it, so I'll mimic them as long as it looks OK.
