Not sure if you are seeking critique, but if you are then there is a lack of engagement with everyone, in as much as they are all facing the wrong way. There is also an unfortunate semi-decapitation of the poor chap at the top of the shot. Looks a great place for this type of shot though. The possibilities are endless.
