While looking for a Kestrel to shot some pics of a Carrion Crow flying off the cliffs at the Lizard Cornwall, I struggle to get exposures right with these so done PP in lightroom which don't think really works that well as seemed to have smoothed the details out too much but at least you can see the feathers and some detail, I would appreciate advice on how people expose for this type of bird especially in flight, maybe I should have force lower ISO too which might have helped keep detail without too much noise which might be why I lost detail smoothing out the noise ?
