Chinese Water Deer

Saw a few of these in Norfolk last week - stood and waited an hour for one to work its way across a field towards me.

Love the "fangs"

Those are very strange looking deer, not seen these before. A couple of good shots there particularly the second shot.

Quite shocked the first time one stuck its head out of a bush - did not expect the fangs

Never seen one either, yes those fangs do make a normally docile species look quite intimidating!
