Yes
Looking back through some seasonal shots, I realised I never managed to share any from New York last December. It was super cold, but the lights music made for a great distraction.
C & C welcome :)

It was super cold,

Being from a country that's not living under the warmer fogyish protection of the
Gulf Stream, I can reassure you (or threaten you?): "…THIS WAS NOT COLD"!

What we see as cold is like last winter, a three week long
streak of minus forty —
°F or °C is the same at this place on the thermometer.

Had it been that cold, you could probably not have taken such heartwarming-wintery-
cityscape-pictures.

EDIT: very cool renditions!

Thanks Kodiak, though I understand it wasn't as cold as it could have been, and that there was no snow / hail etc, there were also no clouds, bringing the temperature down (way below zero) and quite strong winds blowing through the wind tunnel created by streets between the tall buildings, it certainly felt cold! :)

Right… ok! I forgot the chill factor… ;-(

1 does little for me
2 is Ok
3 is too dark especially the shadows
4 I like especially the wedding party photos
5 I like
6 is great I really like the tones in this shot and the feel of it
7 is well done

I like this set a lot.
I think you executed your black / white / yellow cab shot very well. :)

Love NYC at Christmas , been a few times, Did you get any of the park or the Plaza etc ?

I got some in Central Park, mostly wildlife, maybe I'll put the up too shortly...

Thanks for the feedback! I agree with you on 1 and 3, just wanted to show the Christmas spirit, I might revisit 3 to see if it can be salvaged :)

Thanks Viv, it's a personal fave!

We visited NYC 7 years ago, I have a very similar shot of central station, although it may be a wee tad blurry.. I don't normally like selective colour, but the taxi shot is great..
