Hi, after previously posting this shot in hdr have re edited by converting to black and white and cloning the annoying man on the left. Quite pleased with the results.

Now you need to do some work to convert this image into one with some sparkle and contrast - it should look quite good.

Keep this one as it is… a lesson learned:
• you shall not take/include such a big end of handrail… but the rail is ok!
• the building looks like falling back down!!!
• try an evening shot …

composition is good. I would want no people in the shot and ideally colour at the blue hour?

I am sorry but I missed your question about adding sparkle. Could I suggest that you start by increasing the contrast a little of the whole image and then experiment with selective contrast and sharpening.
