Classic Ford Show 2018

First off, sorry if this is better suited in another section, but I thought it was more "motorsport" than "transport"

Few pictures from the CFShow at Santa Pod last weekend, feedback welcome.

#1 - Went to a little meet up before heading down but most of it was a washout

#2 - Rolling shot on the motorway of the cars we convoyed down with (8 classics in all)

#3 - Mk1 Fiesta on the strip

#4 - Granada drag car

#5 - Jet Car demonstration - I have to be honest, I was surprised I got this even remotely in focus, I had 1 chance at getting the shot as he was only doing one run!

no1 is the only shot in focus !!

#1 is good and #3 is too. I'm afraid I'd probably have got rid of all the others, the shutter speeds are just too slow to get a decently sharp photo of a moving vehicle. What speed did you shoot the jet car at?

I like #2 - good sense of movement. And my first car was a mk1 Escort

Shot at 1/80, it is cropped too so I lost some of the IQ there, some inconsiderate git stood right in front of me just before it came past

I wanted to practice with the lower shutter speeds and really blur the movement, this is my first time going so low so I'm still practising. Most shot at 1/40-1/25

What I'd give to be able to buy one as cheap as they were a few years ago, now you're lucky if you can get one under 20k that runs!
