AFAIAC, I really don't mind… thats what a forum is for!

Taming down the leaf may give more visual room to the subject!

But I agree with the sentiment of this, which is presumably a comment from Daniel.

I like the way you can see the shadow through the leaf, but also see the head and wing directly above/beside the leaf.
