cloud or oopsie bread have yu tried it?

Apparently this recipe has gone viral so i thought i'd give it a go and i'm apprehensively impressed. Its a carb free bread substitute. I think i might add some more ingredient such as some sesame seeds or Parmesan next time it does work as a substitute quite well. Just google cloud bread and you'll find loads of different recipes.
