Had a bit of a lay off lately but hopefully getting back up to speed gradually.

I got back to the hide today, first time in about 3 weeks. This shot was taken before that 'lay off' though and I'm only just going over those images. This was an awkward composition and on the 7D too, so a little grainy, trying to control the whites whilst ETTR. Still, one of my favourite birds and worth showing off I think.

Thank you for the comments, much appreciated. I have 2 that are regular visitors, I watch them flying in and out but they usually perch straight on the feeders and rarely on the perches. They steal some food, then dissapear into the surrounding trees and hedges, then 2 minutes later, come back for more.
