Hi,
I pass this place on a regular basis and during the night it`s lit up either Blue or Pinkish.
I decided a stop before I start my work on Saturday.
The last shot shows exactly what it is.
Based in the Southeast of France, This is "Palais de congres" in my Town of St Raphael.
