Content Aware Fill leaving white dashes

Using Windows 10 and Photoshop CC, I select an area with the Magic Wand tool, click on Content Aware Fill and let it do its job. Pretty good in most cases but, after deselecting the selection, I keep getting left with small white dashes where the selection was and have to remove them with the Clone Stamp tool.

Any advice on why I'm getting left with the feint white lines after I've deselected them would be greatly appreciated.

It's it really white pixels or could it be a graphics card or driver issue.
Have you tried moving the image or minimizing and maximising the window?

Still get the same lines after both maximising and minimising the window.

Increasing the area as suggested by Juggler and J Crossley (thanks for the help) works but I'm not sure of how to increase the selection by just a few pixels as mentioned. If I use the magic wand tool and click in the blank space, the selection just goes to the edges of the blank space, can't think how to increase this selection by just a few pixels.

Thank you Tony, really appreciated.
