Nice shot. Local anglers might not be happy to see them, but I think they're impressive and interesting looking birds.
Was that down Brickfield Pond in Rhyl? I think I recognise the branches they're perching on...
If so I spotted a pintail duck, great crested grebe, red-breasted merganser and a couple of kingfishers (along with goosanders, tufted ducks, cormorants, long-tailed tits, etc.) when I visited at the weekend. It's surprising what wildlife you can find in a bit of water on the edge of town.
