Loving the sun coming through the clouds in the second

Love No 2. I was playing golf at Barton on Sea, and watched this cloud moving in front of the sun. At times it was absolutely magical. Unfortunately I only had my phone, but I use that for making phone calls.

Very nice photos, Nick. Did you do anything special to bring out the sun's rays in the second one or was it 'just like that?'

Thanks for the kind comments guys Steve I just increased contrast and reduced exposure slightly with the grad filter in LR, also slightly lifted the shadows on the pier.

Thanks Nick. I'm familiar with what a grad filter is but what is "in LR"? Is that, like a vertical split instead of horizontal? If so, I'm not sure how that would work.

In Lightroom, so a PP grad filter as opposed to a physical one on camera
