This makes me very happy for you, great effort.
Nice composition, cool light and tonal ratios but
there is still a sparkle missing. See if you could
fix that through mid-tones taming.

Thanks Daniel for your kind and encouraging comment. I had them framed up for a good 10 minutes before pressing the shutter release just waiting for that pose.

I can answer that only when I see the RAW file
when possible but this version is not very pretty.

Right, you got some life back in the shot but
you have lost the whites… tricky specially
when working on a jpg image.

For sure not, Rebecca. The jpg file has lost too
much of the original recorded data and, in the
case of both ends of the histogram, it is even
useless to try… one has to go back to the RAW.
