It looks like a Crocus and is called Autumn Crocus. But it is in fact a plant called Colchicum. Unlike the Crocus where only the bulb is poisonus every part of this plant is poisonus.

They grow wild in parts of France and Europe - especially seen in old Orchards, other places too no doubt.
It seems unclear whether the ones here were introduced relatively recently as they aren't recorded until about 100 years ago, however they can spread naturally once established especially towards the south and south west.
