Damn it, I nearly got scammed!

Heard it on the radio today that the biggest scam in Britain today is the old “you’ve missed a delivery”

I’ve had about a dozen of those Texts in the last 3/4 month

Apparently the most likely to be scammed using that method are the 30 - 35 age group

the most unlikely are 40 - 60 age group

It doesn't help that Royal Mail occasionally sends genuine text messages with links to the scammy looking ryml.me domain if the sender of the tracked package has provided them with your mobile number (e.g. the Covid rapid test kits). I really wish they'd stop; it just gets people used to these texts, when most of the others are dangerous.
 
I almost did, I saw a little robot dog thinking i would buy my niece it, they made it look very real so i though i would check it on youtube glad i did as all you get is a stuffed toy it's just a big con.
