Dataco application process

Hello, I know there are loads of threads about getting a dataco license etc, but i can't get definitive answers to my questions going across all threads, so I thought I'd post my questions up here.

1. Do you send physical cuttings, or can they be uploaded digitally?

2. I have invoices for the work, but it also says proof of payment, do I need to send bank statements too?

3. I have images from some shifts I've done for my local paper where they use more than one picture but I received a single payment for the shift, can these count as separate images?

4.Where do I send them to?

5.What sort of timescale do they work to.

I am presuming these are non league pictures taken on your licence and you aquired the accreditation not the paper ?

if so

1.
physical cuttings

send invoice and proof of payment.. if you ahve bank payments you usualy have a bacs notification to go with it.. you must be able to prove proof of payment.. probably the most important part

Its how mnay images.. so one payment for 5 pics used is 5 pics towards the licence
