Thank you for all your kind comments! and i know on picture 2 i would love to crop my partners face out but i like the crop how it is, if i had the skill to edit it out i would but i wouldn't know how to start!

Hi Mike those are really nice images you knew and used the light sooo well here.
As for the crop. My first thought would be to take a selection from the opposite side then copy and paste it. Will become a new layer. You can then flip it,free transform it to cover the area & mask it out as needed. Then maybe use a curves adjustment layer (only affecting the selection) to match the background contrast your trying to fix.

Course I'm no expert but that's what I would try first.
