Hey grayman lovely images! Softbox working at treat, maybe a bit harsh? As your daughters look like they're squinting perhaps? Also was it golden hour? As the hair seems to be backlit very nicely... Also I reckon the background looks a bit dark compared to the rest of your composition, but hopefully someone more experienced can give better advice then me! Still a lovely portrait mate!

Larger light sources produce softer light, like soft boxes…
but that you knew already.
Here, I think the power of the TTL flash should have been
tweak down a bit to establish a more flattering ration with the
daylight.
