Critique Dawn across the Thames

It's very nice. I'm not 100% sure on the fence, it cuts the image in 2 and also cuts the view of the sunset.

The composition is very good with a strong lead in.
 
Sorry @dale, I should have said in the title, it's the WW2 Anti-submarine boom at Shoeburyness, in Essex. The other side of the boom is MOD land, it's an old testing/firing range and there are lots of unexploded ordnance buried in the mud!

I like it looks well done to me
Could you have had the right stream of water leading to the corner like the left one?
If the answer my lens was not wide enough try a panoramic stitch
 
Yes @alfbranch , If I'm honest, I didn't see it at the time, I was only concentrating on the left hand side because that is where the colour is coming from. I did try to crop it that way but I lost too much detail. Even moving to the right a foot or two would have made the difference. Thank you and lesson learned.
