I'd agree with Peter and Tony - I think the very strong border actually adds to the image

Haha, must be honest, I am not normally a fan, but here it definitely helps to lift the image from the page (or screen). I suppose borders are just like any other pp enhancement tool (vignette, grain etc...) in that they can be used as and when if they will improve the final result. I just never think to even experiment with them for some reason - may change that in future
