DIY Flash diffuser and some flowers

Today I shamelessly nicked the pringle tube flash diffuser idea from the 'show us your macro rig' thread. Once I'd eaten the pringles I tried it out with some flowers. These were taken with my Tamron 90mm plus Raynox 250. C&C always welcome:
