You may want to consider cropping it to just above the out of focus section, as nothing in the bottom is adding to the rest of the shot.

Good attempt, though i agree about the OOF blob at the bottom and your levels appear to be off ? leaning to the left slightly ?

I like that, but then I'm a fan of selective colouring. I think that the woman and the blurred object in the bottom left spoil the image, though.
