Well worth vieing large on Flickr (could have been posted larger here) and I reckon lifting the shadows a little would help.

You're absolutely right. Unfortunately it was harsh sunlight and I just didn't even think to grab a reflector to even out the shadows - I was concentrating on getting shots before it flew off! Next time, I will definitely keep that in mind. The large view on Flikr does do it more justice!
