DS Colour labs FTP issue - advice welcomed

Hi Guys,

I got my log in today for the ftp system from ds colourlabs but when i try to upload a folder it wont let me. It simply opens it and allows me to select a single image. When i hold down shift to try and select multiple files it won't let me do this either. Surely they don't have to be uploaded one file at a time. I tried to call them but their phone is ringing out. Any ideas?

Meant to say also tried to drag the folder over but no success.

Cannot speak about DSCL ftp system but FWIW and possibly stating the obvious

FTP is "file transfer protocol" i.e. cannot upload a folder.

For ftp I use a program called Cute FTP and that allows for single file selections but I can keep adding so a queue forms and then I let the program get on with it

PS Rather than Windows Explorer wise using the shift key to select a block of files, just maybe the CTRL key to select them one at a time will permit a block upload/queue creation???

Thanks mate. Got to the bottom of it. My laptop didn't have flash 8 installed which gives me a second option of uploading multiple files. Found out after I uploaded 87 single files. Haha
