Could you not lighten the boiler front up a bit to give some definition and contrast with the trees ?

Great picture - I can almost smell that!

And I have always loved the conceit of naming those huge noisy boilers after Princesses and Duchesses.

I do like the side lighting on the engine and the smoke, always had a soft spot for the Duchess of Sutherland since having a Hornby OO gauge model.
