Early start Duathlon

I thought I'd share this from a recent Duathlon event deep in the Shropshire countryside. It's been classed as the UK toughest Duathlon event, and named Storm the Fort. The guys here are running over the old fort near Clun named The Bury Ditches A stunning place to be just after 8:30am on a Sunny Sunday morning. The Sky, the Valleys, and the mist made it a stunning backdrop to a grueling event!

What a beautiful area for such an event, no doubt very inspiring for the participants.
