im having a problem with the above printter, it keeps putting the paper through without printing anything. the paper is slightly thicker than normal but i wouldnt have thought tat would make a difference. if anyone can help id appreciate it

Is it the same with thinner paper?
 
dont think so , didnt think to try tht ill give it a go and report back
 
With the printer switched off, clean the rubber intake roller with alcohol
