Guys,

I'm really struggle with my post processing and am never sure if the end results are as they should be. I know it can be subjective but does this seem correctly processed for a fairly well lit clothes shop i did some photos for recently ?

I was thinking the shadows might need lifting a tad and blues reducing slightly.

This is taken with a D7200 and processed from the raw file. Any feedback much appreciated as i need to work on improving my post processing

Cheers,
Mike.

I got this using tonal taming…

Bear in mind the human eye will always look at the lightest parts of a photo.

I'd use the adjustment brush on the right side of the booklet and reduce the exposure as that's distracting me.

You may also want to perform the same treatment on the blue piles but lift the exposure a little.

Please take into account this is my interpretation, I'm no product photo expert.

Hey thanks guys some great pointers there - I find the Nikon really pushes the warm / yellows so tend to have it dialled in a bit in PP. Possibly needs a touch more.

Kodiak - like the sound of tonal taming :)
