Feisol Phishing?

Assume it’s a phishing email,I have had items from Feisol but not recently,only got phone so no way to check it.

That mismatch is a common red flag, yes.
No guarantee you got that 'cos you've dealt with them; that can be a coincidence they're hoping will happen enough to be worth it.

It may well have nothing to to with those gardeners; the whole address could be a mix'n'match forgery made up from valid names and addresses harvested from around the net.

Without seeing the header with the originating ip they could be coming from anywhere. It's ludicrously easy to spoof a senders address
