Not sure what is going on with this one Gary,there seems to be an anomaly over the left wing.Have you applied any noise reduction at all? There is the potential to get this looking a little better but not with that in the picture.
 
A good pose but apart from what Rich says it is looking a little soft - a round of USM may help

what is USM ?
anyhow the left wing i seen but nothing i could so about it was not sure if there was a thin branch or other obstacle but was pleased with the picture.
 
were you way over to the right at sharpe angle to the bird when you took the image .......... ....... the LHS is OOF presumably the shallow DOF because the shot was taken wide open, f2.8?
