Females have a line of orange on the bottom half of their beak, the males only have a complete black beak

Cracking shot Den ... that is provided you look at it on flickr, you seem to have the same issue fracster had with his Nuthatch shot which looked softer on here than it did on flickr

May try a different route from now on when uploading as I have noticed a huge difference when hosting straight from Flickr recently
