I'm new at digital post. I been working in Lightroom for couple of months. Still in the discovery phase.

I've had this picture forever. It's the IBM building in Seattle. It's a cool looking building. Sits on a pedestal. If you shoot it from street level, you're going to get pictures that look like this. Falling over backwards. You can't get far enough away.

Tonight I stumbled on the upright tool in LR. I got a shot I want to try.

:) haha i actually prefer the 1st image --- gives me the feeling of leaning back to gaze UP a really tall building
 
Firstly, if you plan to make the correction in post processing you will need to judge how much extra space to capture to enable the correction without clipping the main subject. However, I am also inclined to agree that this is not the situation you need to correct. An upward view of the skyscrapers is fine because that is how we normal see them and it adds to the drama.
