It's called béton brut and I agree it's a lovely texture.
If it were mine, I'd want to correct the perspective on the first image to get the verticals upright, but as Dmax says, it has great sweeping lines with a nice play of shadow.
It's nice, shame the sky wasn't more interesting as it is kind of dead space in the top left. For me the perspective also feels a bit 'tight', possibly a wider lens?
I just went for a bit of an explore with a 50mm lens only, decided to leave the 18-35 at home that day. In some ways this is good to do as when have the wide angle available i tend to just default to the widest angle all the time and it can get a bit boring.
