I tried this not so long ago and learnt a valuable lesson. Wear old clothing. On my very first attempt I managed to burn a hole through my coat

Excellent results for a first try. I like the first two best. I think an orb would be a bit two ambitious for me at the moment but maybe one day.

Cheers guys (forgot I'd posted this thread).. Need to get out and have another play with it soon.. I have some ideas! Location really did work as well as I thought it would.. Night sky was fantastic as well..

Another idea for you, which is what I used, is to use a chain type dog lead with one of those little retractable clips on the end that you attach to the collar. You don't have to worry about the rope catching fire then.
